When you make a purchase we collect what is needed to process it: your email address (for license delivery and order confirmation), payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store card details), and the name and billing address your payment method requires. When you start a trial we collect your email address and a pseudonymous identifier for the machine the trial is activated on.

To process and deliver your purchase, send license keys and trial codes, provide support, and — if you opt in — tell you about product updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

All payments are processed by Stripe over their secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never have access to your full card details.

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account.

We keep purchase records (email and order details) for as long as needed to provide support and updates. Limited download telemetry (file, platform, a pseudonymous IP hash, user agent, timestamp) is kept for no more than 90 days for delivery security. You may request deletion of your data at support@goataudio.co.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; EU/EEA residents have rights under the GDPR. To exercise them, contact support@goataudio.co.
