Terms & EULA.

Upon purchase, GOAT Audio Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased software ("Plugin") for personal and commercial music production, on up to two computers that you personally own and operate at a time.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Plugin, your license key, or your download link; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin; remove proprietary notices; or use the Plugin in any way that violates applicable law.

The Plugin and all associated intellectual property remain the property of GOAT Audio Labs. Your license grants usage rights only.

Trial codes grant a 14-day, full-featured license on one machine per email address per product. Trials may not be renewed by re-registering.

We may release updates at our discretion and reserve the right to determine their content, timing, and availability.

Because the products are digital, sales are generally final and we do not refund for change of mind; every Plugin offers a full free trial for evaluation. If you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve, contact support@goataudio.co and we will work with you.

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use is at your sole risk.

In no event shall GOAT Audio Labs be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate it if you violate these terms, after which you must destroy all copies of the Plugin in your possession.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
